Individual Counseling
Sessions are individualized and designed to address and manage personal challenges, emotional difficulties, and mental health concerns. In a confidential and supportive setting, thoughts, feeling, and behaviors are explored. Through this process, you can gain insight, develop new skills and coping strategies, work towards goals and improve overall wellbeing.

Sport & Performance Psychology
Athletes and performers can optimize their mental skills focusing on motivation, confidence, focus, coping with injury, and stress management. Techniques include mental skills training, imagery, goal setting, and other cognitive-behavioral strategies to enhance performance.
